KiteOrdr collects minimal data required to provide seamless QR menu publishing and WhatsApp order routing. This includes restaurant business contact details, menu catalog items, pricing structures, and anonymous diner session preferences such as chosen language and currency.

2. WhatsApp Integration & Messaging

When diners dispatch table orders via WhatsApp, the message content (items, table number, notes) is passed directly to the restaurant owner's configured WhatsApp number. KiteOrdr does not store private WhatsApp chat history or diner payment credentials on our servers.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data transmitted between diners, restaurants, and KiteOrdr servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. Restaurant catalog configurations are stored in secured database clusters hosted in ISO 27001 compliant datacenters in India.
